Alla personuppgifter som samlas in via webbplatsen behandlas enligt EU:s dataskyddsförordning (GDPR).
Vilka uppgifter samlas in
Bokningsförfrågan
När du skickar en bokningsförfrågan via formuläret på webbplatsen lämnar du:
- Namn
- E-postadress
- Telefonnummer (frivilligt)
- Datum eller period för eventet
- Plats eller ort
- Typ av event, önskad sättning och musikönskemål
- Eventuellt meddelande du själv skriver
Formuläret skickar uppgifterna vidare som e-post till Alexandra. Det byggs ingen separat kund- eller besöksdatabas på webbplatsen.
E-post
Kontaktar du Alexandra direkt via e-post behandlas de uppgifter du själv väljer att lämna i meddelandet.
JARDIES-kartan
På startsidan finns en karta över var Alexandras fans, JARDIES, bor. Vill du vara med på kartan fyller du i ett formulär och lämnar:
- Förnamn
- Ort
- Land
Vi ber aldrig om efternamn och sparar inga efternamn. Skriver någon ändå in ett efternamn tas det bort innan inskicket godkänns. Utöver förnamn, ort och land sparas tidpunkten då du gav ditt samtycke.
Ingenting syns förrän Alexandra har läst och godkänt inskicket. På kartan visas bara ditt förnamn och din ort. När inskicket godkänns slås orten upp i OpenStreetMap för att hitta rätt punkt på kartan. Då skickas bara ort och land, aldrig ditt namn. När du skickar in får Alexandra ett mejl med ditt förnamn, din ort och ditt land.
För att stoppa skräppost används din IP-adress i förvanskad form (som en så kallad hash) för att begränsa antalet inskick. Den kopplas inte till ditt inskick och rensas bort automatiskt efter en timme.
De fans som fanns med på kartan när den startade i september 2026 delade själva ort och land i Facebookgruppen JARDIES och gav sitt tillstånd till att visas på kartan.
Serverloggar
Webbhotellet loggar automatiskt tekniska uppgifter som IP-adress, tidpunkt och webbläsartyp. Detta sker för drift och säkerhet.
Ändamål och rättslig grund
- Besvara och hantera bokningsförfrågningar — åtgärder på din begäran inför ett eventuellt avtal.
- Genomföra bokade uppdrag — fullgörande av avtal.
- Bokföring av genomförda uppdrag — rättslig förpliktelse enligt bokföringslagen.
- Drift och säkerhet för webbplatsen — berättigat intresse.
- Visa dig på JARDIES-kartan: ditt samtycke. Du kan när som helst ta tillbaka det.
- Skydda kartans formulär mot skräppost: berättigat intresse.
Hur länge sparas uppgifterna
Bokningsförfrågningar som inte leder till ett uppdrag sparas bara så länge de är relevanta för dialogen och gallras därefter. Underlag som rör genomförda och fakturerade uppdrag sparas så länge bokföringslagen kräver.
Uppgifterna till JARDIES-kartan sparas så länge kartan finns kvar, eller tills du tar tillbaka ditt samtycke. Skriv till alexandra@alexandra-music.com så tas du bort från kartan och uppgifterna raderas. Inskick som inte godkänns raderas inom 30 dagar.
Vilka får del av uppgifterna
Uppgifterna säljs eller lämnas aldrig vidare för marknadsföring. De behandlas av de leverantörer som driver webbplatsen och e-posten — webbhotellet Hostinger samt e-postleverantören. Uppgifter kan lämnas till bokförings- eller revisionshjälp när det krävs för redovisning.
För JARDIES-kartan skickas ort och land, utan namn, till OpenStreetMap Foundation för att hitta platsen på kartan.
Cookies och inbäddat innehåll
Webbplatsen använder inga verktyg för besöksstatistik, annonsspårning eller profilering. Det finns ingen Google Analytics, ingen Meta-pixel och inga marknadsföringscookies.
Däremot innehåller sidan inbäddat material från Spotify och YouTube. Dessa tjänster kan sätta egna cookies och samla in uppgifter om ditt besök enligt sina egna villkor, precis som om du besökt deras webbplatser direkt. Vill du undvika det kan du blockera tredjepartscookies i din webbläsare.
Dina rättigheter
Du har rätt att begära tillgång till de uppgifter som finns om dig, att få felaktiga uppgifter rättade, att få uppgifter raderade, att invända mot eller begära begränsning av behandlingen samt att i vissa fall få ut dina uppgifter i ett maskinläsbart format. All personal data collected through this website is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What is collected
Booking enquiries
When you submit the booking form you provide your name, email address, phone number (optional), event date or period, location, event type, preferred line-up and repertoire, and any message you write. The form sends this to Alexandra by email; no separate customer or visitor database is maintained on the site.
If you write directly, the information processed is whatever you choose to include in your message.
The JARDIES map
The home page has a map showing where Alexandra’s fans, the JARDIES, live. If you would like to be on the map, you fill in a form and provide:
- First name
- Town or city
- Country
We never ask for a surname and do not store surnames. If someone enters a surname anyway, it is removed before the entry is approved. In addition to first name, town and country, the time you gave your consent is stored.
Nothing is shown until Alexandra has read and approved the entry. The map shows only your first name and your town. When an entry is approved, the town is looked up in OpenStreetMap to find the right point on the map. Only the town and country are sent, never your name. When you submit, Alexandra receives an email with your first name, town and country.
To stop spam, your IP address is used in scrambled form (a so-called hash) to limit the number of submissions. It is not linked to your entry and is automatically cleared after one hour.
The fans who were on the map when it launched in September 2026 shared their town and country themselves in the JARDIES Facebook group and gave their permission to be shown on the map.
Server logs
The web host automatically logs technical data such as IP address, timestamp and browser type, for operation and security purposes.
Purpose and legal basis
- Answering and handling booking enquiries — steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
- Performing booked engagements — performance of a contract.
- Accounting for completed engagements — legal obligation under Swedish accounting law.
- Website operation and security — legitimate interest.
- Showing you on the JARDIES map: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Protecting the map form against spam: legitimate interest.
How long data is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept only as long as they are relevant to the conversation, then deleted. Records relating to completed and invoiced engagements are kept for as long as Swedish accounting law requires.
Data for the JARDIES map is kept for as long as the map exists, or until you withdraw your consent. Write to alexandra@alexandra-music.com and you will be removed from the map and your data deleted. Entries that are not approved are deleted within 30 days.
Who receives the data
Data is never sold or passed on for marketing purposes. It is processed by the providers that run the website and email — the host, Hostinger, and the email provider — and may be shared with bookkeeping or auditing support where required for accounting.
For the JARDIES map, the town and country, without any name, are sent to the OpenStreetMap Foundation to find the location on the map.
Cookies and embedded content
This site uses no visitor analytics, ad tracking or profiling tools. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel and no marketing cookies.
The site does embed content from Spotify and YouTube. Those services may set their own cookies and collect data about your visit under their own terms, exactly as if you had visited their sites directly. You can block third-party cookies in your browser if you prefer to avoid this.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to the data held about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to object to or request restriction of processing, and in certain cases to receive your data in a machine-readable format. Write to alexandra@alexandra-music.com and your request will be handled.
If you are unhappy with how your personal data is handled, you may lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY.
